NGO Marketplace

Realizing the growing strategic importance and voice of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in the overall national development, the NGO Marketplace was conceived to provide a forum for NGO practitioners to discuss debate and disseminate information on their work, strategies and results.
Over the years, the NGOs have consistently asserted themselves as key actors in the national developmental process. They have been very active in all facets of the sector; Health, Agriculture, Poverty Eradication, Sexuality, Governance, Anti-Corruption, etc.
Thus, the Development Alternatives and Resource Center (DARC) in with support from the Ford Foundation has concluded plans to organize the first ever NGO Marketplace in Nigeria.
The goal of this program is to showcase the activities of the NGOs in Nigeria, while the objectives are:
1. To learn from one another through exchange of knowledge and experiences.
2. To exhibit their products and services to all the relevant stakeholders.
3. To recognize excellence in the sector.
The date and venue for the NGO Marketplace event will be communicated to you in due course.
