Ihuoma Chuks-Ugwuegbu (Head, Programs & Administration)

Ihuoma heads the Program and Administration team. She is a trained lawyer from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and also holds a Masters degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University. She has experience in legal practice as well as 10 years experience in Commercial Banking. She has attended courses on management, and finance in Nigeria. She is happily married with children. Her hobbies are reading, writing short stories, and jogging

Ikenna Molobe (Program Officer)

Ikenna is a Program Officer. He holds B.Sc. degree in Applied Microbiology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and also has a diploma in Science Technology from Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu. He has wide years experience in training programs and has participated in many programs both in Nigeria and abroad. Ikenna loves writing and listening to music.

Nwanneka Nnoli (Program Officer)

Nwanneka is a graduate of Sociology & Anthropology from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State. She is currently in the final stage of obtaining a professional diploma in personnel management, from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). She has over 3 years experience working with NGOs. She has programme design and coordination skills as well as proposal and report writing skills. Together with the program team, she is in charge of planning and implementation of DARC's programs.

Oyinkansola Akintoye (Head of Finance)

As the Head of DARC's finance, Oyinkansola is in charge of budgeting, accounts and all financial activities in DARC. She is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. She is a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She has over 5 years working experience in various areas of auditing and accounting. She is happily married and enjoys reading and singing.

Nneamaka Ashibuogwu (Administrative Officer)

Nneamaka is a Finance graduate from University of Lagos (UNILAG) Akoka and is currently enrolled for a professional diploma in personnel management, from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). She has over 5 years working experience in office Administration and is responsible for project logistics and administrative affairs of DARC. She loves reading motivational books, traveling and listening to music.

Adebayo Adedeji (General Service Officer)

Bayo is in charge of general office logistics. He coordinates daily supplies and maintenance of office assets. He also manages the Strategic Communication Program (SCP) Department. He is presently a student of Economics at Lagos State University. He loves acting, singing and sports.

Patience Nwokedinobi (Program Assistant)

As part of the program team, Patience takes part in the program planning and execution process. She possesses excellent office filing, record keeping and graphic design skills. She is in charge of the office filing system and the database administration. She is also in charge of DARC's front desk and all enquiries. She has a diploma in Business Administration from the Lagos state University and is currently running a degree program in International Relations at the same institution. She enjoys singing, reading and engaging in athletic activities.
